What is a life group?
A life group is a small group of 4-7 people, who meet for up to 60 minutes every 1-2 weeks at a time that suits. The aim of these groups is to encourage, support and hold each other accountable, as we seek to be led by and become more like Jesus in all areas of our lives. A group co-ordinator takes responsibility for making sure things happen, but is not in charge of 'leading' the group. A set of suggested questions and meeting structure is provided to each group.
Why join a Life Group? We see these groups as being at the core of helping us grow as disciples of Jesus, and helping us, as a community of disciples, to keep Jesus at the centre of our lives. Our prayer is that these groups become safe environments, where we can be vulnerable with each other, genuinely pray, support, cry, laugh and walk with each other as we seek to live for Jesus.
